The Timex iControl watch is the latest of the Ironman series. It features a full line of capabilities, and like all Timex watches, it has large numbers and the Indiglo backlight system. You can check the time even in the darkest of rooms. Basic displays include day of week, date, and time including seconds. You can also get to set three different time zones that you can view easily. If you want an alarm, you can set it hourly, daily, and even weekly.

Then, there’s the chronograph that allows you to count 99 laps and store the data for up to 50 of those laps. At the end of it, you can see your total elapsed time and total activity time. The interval timer is there for those who need to train at interval times. All you need to do is set a single timer or two sequential timers to chime at the end of all intervals. This comes especially handy when you have your jog and run timed at the entire workout. The chime is there to cue you when you need to change the pace and speed.

The watch was meant for those who lead extremely active lives. You can therefore assume that it is water-resistant. It is also very comfortable to wear. Choose from the following seven colors: pink, orange, green, blue, gray, black and black/silver. They’re durable so that you are sure that it lasts a long time and is there for you come rain or shine, hail or snow.
